These terms explain how you can use TicketMart and the responsibilities you accept when booking or managing events through our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TicketMart, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform. We may update these terms periodically and will notify registered users of significant changes.

2. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are final unless the event organiser provides a cancellation or refund policy. TicketMart acts as an intermediary between organisers and attendees and is not the producer of events listed on the platform.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, ensuring accurate personal information, and using the platform in compliance with applicable laws. Any misuse may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. Event Changes and Cancellations

Event schedules, venues, and line-ups are controlled by organisers. TicketMart is not liable for changes or cancellations initiated by organisers. We will facilitate communication and refunds where applicable.

5. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TicketMart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the relevant tickets.
