Accepted Payment Methods
TicketMart currently supports major credit and debit cards, UPI, and leading digital wallets. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for events that are cancelled, rescheduled, or when the organiser explicitly offers a flexible refund policy. Please review the event listing for specific terms.
Processing Timelines
Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days. Funds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Quick Answers
- Need to change your payment method? You can update it during checkout before confirming the order.
- Partial refunds are returned to the original payment method. We’ll notify you by email once processed.
- If a refund is delayed beyond 7 business days, contact your bank with the transaction reference shared in our confirmation email.
