How do I download my tickets?
Once your payment is confirmed, head to `Profile > My Tickets`, choose the relevant event, and click `Download Ticket`. You can save it as a PDF or add it to your mobile wallet.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. Select the ticket from your dashboard and use the `Transfer Ticket` option. Enter the recipient’s email—they’ll get an invite to accept and access the ticket.
What happens if an event is cancelled?
We’ll notify you by email with the organiser’s official statement. Refunds process automatically based on the original payment method. Timelines vary by provider, typically 5–7 business days.
Are my payment details secure?
Absolutely. We partner with PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways, encrypt every transaction, and never store full card numbers or CVV information on our servers.
Do you charge booking fees?
TicketMart charges a small service fee to support secure transactions and customer support. The exact fee is displayed at checkout before you pay.
